Over the past year, VERS has quickly become an essential destination for queer people in NYC and beyond, serving craft cocktails, elevated bar snacks, and unique entertainment in a beautifully designed space in the gayborhood of Hell's Kitchen.

VERS is queer owned-and-operated bar, restaurant, and performance venue that is host to talented queer musicians, drag queens, and performers. VERS offers a mix of curated events, sexy fun parties, and ridiculous shows that keep people coming back time and time again.

ABOUT REVIVAL SURVIVAL, LLC d/b/a VERS

VERS is a gay-owned-and-operated hospitality group founded by David DeParolesa, a local Hell’s Kitchen resident, in 2021.

David is also CEO of Give Lively, a 30-person tech company with a national presence, that builds a powerful and practical fundraising platform that is free for nonprofits.

At Give Lively, David has created a diverse, stable, work environment that puts employees first. With VERS, David is again committed to creating a work environment that treats its employees and customers with appreciation and respect. VERS intends to break the mold of the typical restaurant industry job, and offer stable schedules, competitive compensation, and work you can be proud of.
